CLOUDBERRY CM-1600-NTS SERIES

The Cloudberry CM-1600 NTS is a GPS Network Time Server (NTS) for NTP or PTP IEEE 1588 combined with an 8-port Ethernet switch that provides secure, accurate and reliable time synchronization for networks and offers integrated fully managed switch capabilities (10/100/1000BASE). The CM-1600 NTS used for data centers, test facilities, military installations, federal or municipal agencies, financial services and technology firms, and other enterprises which need precision timing to support their network operations.

The CM-1600 NTS series is a accurate NTP server, PTP Grand Master Clock or Transparent Clock fulfilling IEEE 1588 Std 2002 (v1) and IEEE 1588 Std 2008 (v2). Both PTPv1 and PTPv2 Slave clocks can co-exist in the same network by using the PTP version translator feature of the CM-1600 platform. Multicast filters can be set on the switch either based on IGMP snooping or by manual configuration of static filters. Filtering of broadcast packets can be done based on UDP destination port number of UDP/IP broadcast packets. The switches in the CM-1600 NTS Series-AERO offer full management based on HTTP, telnet, CLI or SNMP. The switch is designed for industrial/office environments.
